Rachel has been a Realtor for 13 years and has a commitment to bring style, creativity and vision to all aspects of the buying and selling experience. She is our resident vintage home specialist and brings her knowledge of architecture and restoration to the team. Rachel is also one of an elite group of U.S. Realtors who has earned her Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS). In 2011, Rachel spent time living and studying in Paris and has strong connections with European estate agents. Over the years, she has also helped many international buyers purchase property in Portland. Rachel, her two dogs, one cat and a husband(!) live in North Portland’s Overlook neighborhood.

Holly Burton, Principal Broker
Holly has been a Realtor for nine years. An active community member, she knows the neighborhoods inside and out and is our Portland neighborhoods and schools expert. She is a skillful negotiator who helps clients secure excellent value in real estate, whether buying or selling. Highly analytical, she researches and prepares our home value reports to determine realistic home pricing suggestions. Holly has lived in the Laurelhurst neighborhood for 22 years where, along with her husband, she has put down roots and raised a family.

Before joining the Urban Nest team, Keven spent 4 years in commercial development before returning to school (Portland State University) to complete her Marketing degree. When she is not helping the team and office function smoothly, she has started her own staging company, and spends most of her spare time working on DIY projects for her home.
