Tina Schafer began her real estate career in 1997 and enjoyed rapid success, being inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame during her tenure with them. Her considerable expertise, ability to educate and connect with empathy, and focus on her clients' needs has created a strong referral base from past clientele. Since joining forces with Urban Nest in 2012, she has received the nationally-recognized Five Star Award several times, was ranked in the top 3% of Multnomah County brokers for 2016 and in the Top 500 Portland Metro Realtors in 2022.
Tina is well-versed in close-in Eastside properties, but is also known as one of our 'go-to' brokers for Washington and Clackamas counties. She works a wide price point range, from 'starter homes' to $2M+ properties.
In her spare time, Tina loves doing home improvement projects, gardening, getting out in nature, and passionately engages in environmental causes/philanthropy. She lives in SW Portland with her wife, Karen, and their furry friends.
