Danielle Moody is dedicated to all her clients, from investors to first time home buyers. She has an extensive background with experience in multifamily properties, land use/zoning, flipping houses, and new construction. As an investor and rental owner herself, she loves tracking down the perfect property for each buyer’s unique set of wants and needs. She also works as a designer on multiple projects with her husband, Garner Moody, owner of Lloyd Development. With her finger constantly on the pulse of the Portland Metro market, she’s ready to present sellers with a plan for preparation and price to get them the most money in the least amount of time. With a reputation of being ethical, trustworthy and communicative, Danielle aims to be your Realtor for life.

Her ideal Portland day:  Danielle and her husband are both early birds, so starting the day with a great cup of coffee at either Presso or Madrona Hill Café is a must before heading out on their bikes for a leisurely ride. Danielle loves finding family friendly hikes that are great for both her 3-year-old son, Mason, and her aging Swiss mountain dog/Lab mix, Ruby. A voracious reader, she also loves spending time reading and is happiest when buried in a great crime novel.

Her superpower: Danielle is a multitasking queen!  She can cook a meal, do the laundry, clean up the house, send a couple emails, keep her kiddo entertained – all while enjoying a cup of coffee (or wine if it’s dinner time!).

Superpower she wishes she had: The ability to multiply herself. She would love to be curled up on the couch reading, while also getting her giant to-do list done.

Favorite moments in real estate:  The hunt. After so many years in the industry, Danielle still gets a kick out of looking at houses, and loves guiding her client to the right one.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Danielle loves Kenton (her current neighborhood) for the same reasons so many Portland neighborhoods are amazing. There’s both a kid and dog friendly park, great coffee shops, good restaurants and bonus! A library.
