Jacquelyn Krogman
Real Estate Broker
Licensed In Oregon
Jacquelyn’s fascination with real estate began as a first-time homebuyer; wide-eyed and eager to learn about every aspect of the home-buying process, she asked her agent dozens of questions. After buying and selling two personal properties and seeing firsthand how real estate can help build wealth, she set out to guide others in their real estate journeys. she knew that her ability to skillfully advocate, solve complex problems, and compassionately hold space for her clients would set Jacquelyn apart as an agent. She absolutely loves the dynamic nature of real estate; each transaction is a unique puzzle to be solved which keeps it very interesting!
Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Jacquelyn's favorite Portland activities revolved around foods, so her ideal day would be a slow morning with coffee from Either/Or, followed by grabbing a bite at a food cart before bopping up to the Rose Test Garden to check out the flowers and skyline views. After getting her fill of flowers, she'd head to the Zipper building for mocktails at Paydirt and a tofu salad at Basilisk. Bonus: catch a movie at the Laurelhurst Theater and ice cream at Fifty Licks.
Her superpower: Her superpower is attunement; she's able to listen deeply and really hone in on your needs, motivations, and concerns. With a full understanding of your goals and wishes, she can help you skillfully navigate a complex and sometimes stressful real estate transaction with integrity, compassion, and a good dose of humor.
Superpower she wishes she had: Jacquelyn would love to be able to accomplish things with just the snap of a finger. Lead paint in a property? *snap* - not anymore! Declutter and stage a listing? *snap*- done! Make a delicious and satisfying dinner for her two kids? *snap*- dinner is served!
Favorite moment/s in real estate: Her favorite moments in real estate are handing the keys to a single woman who has bought her own home! Most of her clients are single people who identify as women. Did you know women were not able to obtain a mortgage without a man until the 1970s? It brings Jacquelyn a lot of joy to be able to help women start investing in their future through real estate!
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? She loves Williams neighborhood with its amazing restaurants and fabulous shopping. It's close to other bustling streets like Mississippi and Alberta, it is centrally located, and it's easy to get downtown in under ten minutes.
