She/ Her

Your vision matters and Jasmine is here to support it. She loves meeting new people and being an advisor to her clients. You can trust her to advocate, facilitate, and negotiate for you every step of the way. Jasmine brings a reliable blend of experience, instinct, and market data to the table to help clients easily navigate the process of buying or selling. Reach out and tell her about the life you're building. She would love to help you get there.

Jasmine moved from Olympia, Washington, to Portland in 2004 and bought her first house. She had no idea how the process worked, although her real estate agent inspired her with her grace and patience. Prior to her career in real estate, Jasmine had a successful career running her own businesses and helping other entrepreneurs run theirs. She loves project-based work and dives headfirst into everything she does.

So, with these experiences in her pocket, real estate was a natural next step for her, and she started working in the industry in 2016. Since then, she has worked in all parts of Portland and loves recommending restaurants, cafes, and local businesses around town. Her business is mainly referral-based because the city is a map of meaningful connections and relationships with people she cares about.

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Jasmine loves music and local businesses; they make her world go round. So a day filled with local food, neighborhood tours, and local music sounds perfect.

Her superpower: Optimism.

Superpower she wishes she had: Superhuman strength would make moving and middle age much easier.

Favorite moment/s in real estate: She is a fierce advocate for her clients and shines a little brighter when she can negotiate a great win. She also loves giving buyers their keys!

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? There is something to love about every Portland neighborhood. Jasmine has helped clients in just about every neighborhood in Portland, and she celebrates each one. She has lived in St. Johns for 11 years, so it has a special place in her heart.
