Smiles All Around
When Tina Schafer's client, Nicole, decided it was time to say goodbye to the home she had cherished for the past 18 years, it was bittersweet. She and her partner lovingly prepared the home for sale and were rewarded with five offers from Buyers vying to become the new owners. Nicole was extremely touched to learn that the Buyer who purchased her home is a professional puppeteer and handcrafted a thoughtful gift basket for her, which she was able present in person on closing day!
