A PNW Gathering of Great Culinary Minds to Celebrate Cuisine's Most Coveted Underground Fungi

Now in its 12th season, the annual Oregon Truffle Festival is fast approaching. Between January 20th and 29th, participants can experience up to ten days of celebration, educational seminars, and hands-on experiences with truffle experts, James Beard winning chefs, food journalists and food enthusiasts, as well as dozens of renowned culinary personalities and industry players. 

Highlights from this years' schedule include a seminar titled “Truffles Deconstructed, or Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Truffles but Didn’t Know Who to Ask” with Harold McGee and Dave Arnold, and a "Forage and Feast" event featuring a real truffle hunt lead by a trained dog in Yamhill County. Learn more about the festival and reserve your tickets at the official Oregon Truffle Festival website.
