By now we've all caved in and bought at least one box of Girl Scout Cookies, but have you ever wondered how to take your Thin Mint addiction to the next level? Local winery Hip Chicks Do Wine will do just that with their Girl Scout Cookie and wine pairing event March 3rd-5th.

A percentage of the tasting fee and wine sales from the event will be donated to Girl Scouts of Oregon & SW Washington, so you can feel good about indulging in tastings of four different cookies and their five wine counterparts. Plus, you definitely won't want to miss out on the decadent Samoas and port pairing.

Be sure to buy your tickets in advance, as they sold out quickly last year. In preparation, Hip Chicks Do Wine have expanded the event this year, but they still expect a considerable turnout as tickets are selling quickly.
