OREGON BOOK AWARDS
April 3rd | Portland Center Stage at The Armory
Join Literary Arts’ annual celebration of the state’s most accomplished writers in the genres of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, young readers and drama. Hosted by Live Wire's Luke Burbank. Thirty-four Oregonians across seven genre categories were chosen as finalists by panels of out-of-state judges, from a total of 202 submitted titles.

PORTLAND LINDY EXCHANGE

The Portland Lindy Exchange (PDXLX) is Portland’s annual dance exchange celebrating the vintage swing music and dances of the '20s – '50s, including Charleston, Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Collegiate Shag. PDXLX was first hosted in 1999.

BAKER'S DOZEN COFFEE, BEER & DOUGHNUT FEST

The 7th Annual Baker’s Dozen melds three things Portland does best: coffee, beer, and doughnuts. Each brewer uses beans from a different roaster. Admission includes all 13 coffee beers, samples of several specific coffees, morsels of all 13 doughnuts, and a souvenir glass.
