She/Her

Stephanie comes from a real estate family, so buying and selling real estate is both her lineage and her passion. Early exposure gave her valuable insight to how the industry worked, and she knew from an early age that this was the career for her.

Absorbing all of that generational real estate savvy helped mold her into the intuitive agent she is today. After graduating college and relocating to PDX, Stephanie initially had plans to attend law school…but the local architecture turned her head. Coming from a small Indiana town, she was intrigued by the South Waterfront development, how the MAX line connected the city from one side to the other, the myriad neighborhoods that felt like self-contained villages with their own unique personalities, and the charismatic old homes, everywhere. Stephanie quickly realized that real estate was the perfect match for her extroverted self to interact with people in a meaningful way, while putting her sharp mind for contracts, details, and legalese to excellent use.

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day:
One of the coolest things about PDX is how you can access nature right in the middle of the urban jungle. Stephanie’s perfect day would be an invigorating early morning hike in Forest Park, then coffee and breakfast somewhere on NW 21st or 23rd. Barista and Café Nell are two of her favorite haunts there. Then maybe a Catio tour, getting her hands dirty in her always-growing vegetable garden, snuggling with her kitties, or skipping off to the coast for some ocean time in Manzanita. Her superpower: Anyone who knows Stephanie knows she is the cat whisperer. That’s why she’s @catladyrealtorpdx on IG, and you can peep her shenanigans at #catladyrealtor. But don’t worry, she loves working with dog people, too!

Superpower she wishes she had: Stephanie thinks it would be super cool if she could snap her fingers and get those boring house chores done, instantly, a la Mary Poppins. Yeah. That’s the superpower she wants

Favorite moment/s in real estate: Kinda cheesy, but every time someone chooses her to help them meet their real estate goals, it feels like such a magical moment. As someone who prides herself on creating genuine connections with her clients, Stephanie is honored and grateful, every single time.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Our girl lives in Concordia, so she’s obligated to choose that special little NE village. It’s lush with trees and gorgeous landscaping that is less about manicured lawns, and more about bushy natives, yard art, and secret spots. Stephanie also loves Alberta Park with its huge trees and amenities scattered around, but specifically the “restaurant row” on NE 30th, and all the happenings on Alberta St. She can walk everywhere, including to the grocery, and having free soaking status at Kennedy School is a bonus cherry on top for living in the neighborhood, as well.
